Favor Transition Academy is proud to be an authorized participating private school for the Georgia Special Needs Scholarship (GSNS). Often referred to as SB10 (for students with an IEP) or SB47 (for students with a 504 plan), this program allows eligible students to redirect state funds toward their education at FTA.
The GSNS award is calculated based on the specific services your student received in their public school. Because of this, award amounts vary significantly—typically ranging from $3,000 to $13,000 per year. At FTA, we work with each family to create a personalized tuition worksheet. This worksheet will show exactly how your student’s specific state award applies toward their enrollment.
If you are enrolling at FTA for the start of the school year, simply notify our admissions office that your student is a scholarship recipient.
Favor Transition Academy is proud to partner with families to provide access to a specialized whole -child focused education, through the Georgia Scholarship Program. This initiative, signed into law in 2024, empowers Georgia families to access financial support to attend FTA.
