The Restorative Learning Model (RLM) is a proprietary, educational-behavioral framework that provides a "Stabilization Bridge" between a student’s internal chaos and their capacity for self-regulation. To achieve this, the RLM operates through two distinct, integrated components:

FTA’s innovative school model is designed to support students with diverse behavioral and educational needs, as identified through academic, behavioral, or clinical assessments. Recognizing the necessity of whole-child development, FTA reinforces a culture of academic achievement and socio-emotional support through restorative counseling and evidence-based interventions.
To ensure students graduate ready to excel, all students engage in the RLM-Mental Health curriculum during their first semester of enrollment. Based on individual student profiles and goals, additional elective courses may be assigned at the discretion of the Director of Restoration and Counseling to ensure targeted support.

35.05100 — RLM II: Social Skills I
